Product Applications
- Overview:Ester quaternary ammonium salt is a new type of cationic surfactant with excellent softness, antistatic properties, resistance to yellowing, good water solubility, softening and smoothing properties, re-wetting properties, compatibility, and low foaming.
- Textiles:It can be applied to the softening finishing of bleached fabrics and can replace dialkyl quaternary ammonium salts (D1821) for widespread use in the softening finishing of various garments.
- Daily Chemicals:Can be used in daily chemicals, fabric softeners, washing, and cleaning products.
- Formulation:Can be formulated into a high concentration of 20% for storage without layering. It can be used alone or in combination with smoothing silicone oil, flakes, stearic acid, high-carbon alcohols, etc. The dosage is low; generally, 2-3% of the fabric weight can achieve a satisfactory softening effect.
- Environmental:Contains no APEO or formaldehyde. It is readily biodegradable and a green environmental protection product.
- Wide Application:Widely used as a finishing softener, antistatic agent, hair conditioner, and car rinse agent for fibers, yarns, and fabrics such as dyed and finished cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, and acrylic.

- Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse.
- Keep away from fire and heat sources.
- Packaging must be sealed.
- Store separately from combustibles (flammable materials) and strong oxidizing agents; strictly avoid mixed storage.
- The storage area should be equipped with suitable materials to contain leaks.
- Check all labels in real-time to ensure they are clear and there are no leaks.
- Shelf life is two years.

Although this product causes almost no pollution to the environment, it is best not to discard it with household waste. To dispose of the product and containers, please contact local environmental protection departments and handle according to general chemical treatment methods. Do not pour large amounts of the product into the groundwater system.
